Raised in Newbern, North Carolina, Robert Holmes attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated with a BS in Business Administration in 1981. In 1984, Robert graduated from UNC Chapel Hill Law School and has been licensed to practice law in the state since that year.
Professional
Immediately following law school, Robert was a research assistant at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Upon entering private practice over 15 years ago, he was fortunate to train under some of the best lawyers and judges in North Carolina.
Robert is highly experienced in personal injury law and has handled hundreds of personal injury cases having experience in both state and federal courts.
Robert has represented some of the country’s largest insurance companies; however, he now concentrates his practice on representing personal injury victims in claims against insurance companies and corporations. He also represents land owners in eminent domain cases.
